Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

(1) In case of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any consideration already received without delay.

(2) In the event of delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

(3) Your order will preferably be shipped via DHL, but may also be shipped via other service providers.

(4) Unless otherwise agreed, for deliveries abroad, the buyer alone is responsible for compliance with any customs regulations, compliance with all import regulations and the laws of the respective country. Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to import sales tax, additional customs duties and fees.

Per order we charge:

up to 27,0 kg: 6,95 EUR

up to 54,0 kg: 13,90 EUR

up to 81,0 kg: 20,85 EUR

up to 108,0 kg: 27,80 EUR

up to 135,0 kg: 34,75 EUR

up to 162,0 kg: 41,70 EUR

The maximum weight per order for parcel shipments is 162.0 kg, and the maximum weight per parcel is approximately 27.0 kg. I.e. from a weight of 27.1 kg their delivery comes in several packages.

Within Germany we deliver free of charge from 75 EUR value of goods per order.

If you want to order larger quantities, please ask the shipping costs individually.

up to 52,0 kg: 30,00 EUR

up to 78,0 kg: 45,00 EUR

up to 104,0 kg: 60,00 EUR

The maximum weight per order for parcel shipment is 104 kg. The maximum weight per parcel is 26,0 kg. I.e. from a weight of 26.1 kg your delivery will come in several parcels.

Note: Netherlands and France without overseas territories.

Deliveries to Switzerland:

Currently unfortunately not possible.

Deliveries abroad:

Delivery within the EU depending on the weight:

Shipping price = base price +kg price x kg

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Refusal of acceptance:

In the event of refusal to accept, we expressly reserve the right to exclude the customer in question from certain payment options or further delivery. Any charges such as shipping costs, cash on delivery charges, return shipping costs, etc. shall be borne by the customer concerned.

Minimum order quantity:

We deliver already from 1 piece per item plus shipping costs.

Terms of payment

We offer the following payment options:

The payment processing always runs through PayPal Plus as a service provider. For the payment method credit card and invoice you do not need a PayPal account.
